By creating an account, accessing, or using Solotones (the "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Solotones provides vibroacoustic therapy through low-frequency sound programs designed to promote wellness, relaxation, and therapeutic benefits. The Service is accessible via web browser and as a Progressive Web App (PWA).

3. Medical Disclaimer

Important: Solotones is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The Service is designed for wellness and relaxation purposes only.

• Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before using vibroacoustic therapy, especially if you have any medical conditions.
• Do not use the Service as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• If you experience any adverse effects while using the Service, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
• The Service is not recommended for individuals with pacemakers, epilepsy, or other conditions that may be affected by low-frequency sound.

4. User Accounts

4.1 Account Creation

To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. You will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged.

5.2 Subscription Plans

After the trial period, you will be charged according to your selected subscription plan (monthly or yearly) unless you cancel before the trial ends.

5.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

5.4 Automatic Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

5.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.6 Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission
• Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Service

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, audio files, and software, are the exclusive property of Solotones or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLOTONES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Solotones and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
